i've got severe headache, today...

my headache is so painful that i feel like thre was a huge rock being put on my head...
the tense that being felt ...
making a slightest movement of the head became difficult...
pain + tense = no pills ivolved...

all i can do is just lie down to minimize the pain...

doc said ' sleep!!!'

apart from sleeping, being with your loved one really can help....
